Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can make an order as a guest. Any order placed as a guest require you to manually enter your data and payment information, so we recommend you to register in order to save them for future reference.
If I forgot my password what should I do?
Click on ”Lost your password?’’ Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Are duties and taxes included?
The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so you will not be required to pay duties, taxes or any additional fees.

How do I know the correct size to order?
In order to help you find the perfect size, on every product page you will find a size chart to help convert international sizes and the product measurements (length, thickness, etc…). Our Customer Care team is always available to answer any question regarding sizes and measurements.

What should I do if my jewelry breaks?
Emanuele Bicocchi is pleased to offer free repair or replacement of jewelry for any manufacturing defects identified within 18 months of the purchase date. The warranty does not extend to damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, loss, or theft of the jewelry or any of its components. The warranty does not cover items repaired or altered by third parties, such as unauthorized jewelers or workshops. We reserve the right to assess the product to ensure it qualifies under the warranty terms before approving any repair or replacement. If your product is under warranty please contact our customer service ([email protected]) to send them the products to fix or replace. After the warranty period has expired, or if the item does not qualify under our warranty terms, repair services may still be offered for a fee. Quotation will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the damage. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both to and from our warehouse.
SHIPPING
Is the shipping free? How do you ship my order?
Shipping is free for orders over € 300,00. We ship orders with DHL Express to Italy, Europe and to all countries outside Europe.
Will you provide a tracking number once my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipment.
Are your products distributed worldwide?
We are not able to ship our product to THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
IRAN
RUSSIA
UKRAINE
SUDAN
NORTH KOREA
SYRIA
Can I change address after order is placed?
Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address while your order is “in progress”. You cannot change your shipping address once your order has been marked as “complete”.
RETURN AND REFUND
Can I return my customized item?
Customized items are not returnable nor refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 business days.
