Emanuele Bicocchi is pleased to offer free repair or replacement of jewelry for any manufacturing defects* identified within 18 months** of the purchase date.
- This warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured by Emanuele Bicocchi and purchased through authorized stockist.
- The warranty does not cover items repaired or altered by third parties, such as unauthorized jewelers or workshops.
- The warranty does not extend to damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, loss, or theft of the jewelry or any of its components.
- To claim the warranty, the original dated proof of purchase must be presented.
We reserve the right to assess the product to ensure it qualifies under the warranty terms before approving any repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both to and from our warehouse.

* Jewels produced with natural materials may display variations due to their origin; these should not be considered defects.
** After the warranty period has expired, or if the item does not qualify under our warranty terms, repair services may still be offered for a fee. Quotation will be provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the damage.
