CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINES

Place your order by the dates below to ensure delivery in time for Christmas:

- ITALY: Order by 2:00 PM on December 19th

- EU / EXTRA EU: Order by 11:00 AM on December 15th

While we make every effort to meet the above mentioned shipping timelines, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping issues or other unforeseen events.


EXTENDED RETURNS

We have extended our standard 14-day return policy for the holiday season, on orders placed between 1 November and 24 December.
Customers should submit return requests through the Emanuele Bicocchi website not later than January 7.
