To request a return or exchange, log in to your account and follow the steps below.

• Go to Orders and open the order containing the item you wish to return.
• Click Return Items.
• Select the item or items you wish to return and choose the appropriate return reason.

Please note that if you would like to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, select Other as the return reason. In the notes field, specify the product or size you would like to receive in exchange.

• Click Review Changes and check that all the information provided is correct.
• Click Send Request to submit your return or exchange request.

You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming that your request has been received. Once the return or exchange request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a second email containing the courier return label. Print the label and attach it securely to the outside of the package. You can then arrange a courier collection from your address or drop off the parcel at an authorised service point of the designated courier.

Please do not send any item before your return request has been approved. 

For orders over €2,000 or $2,100 USD, return shipping costs and any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
