We ship all orders through our trusted courier partners. At checkout, customers can choose between Express and Economy shipping, depending on the options available for the selected destination. Delivery times vary according to the shipping service chosen and the destination country. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping is free on orders over €400 (Europe), $400 (USA, Canada, Asia, Africa and Oceania), ₩600,000 (South Korea), ¥3,000 (China), and £350 (UK). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details. |

We do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Sudan, North Korea and Syria. For shipments to China, orders exceeding RMB 5,000 may require the involvement of a customs broker. Any brokerage fees or additional customs clearance costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by the seller. For shipments to Brazil, customs require a valid tax identification number: CPF for private individuals or CNPJ for companies. |
