Return / Exchange
Please note that returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The return shipping is always free if the request is completed within the 14-day period.
PLEASE NOTE: Extended return period for orders placed from November 1 to December 24: returns can be requested by January 7.
In order to correctly request a return, Customers must log into their account, click on MY ORDERS, select the order or products they want to return, click on RETURN REQUEST, select the product or products for which they want to request the return and follow the procedure. The Customer should then specify whether the return request is for a refund or an exchange.
For exchange requests jewelry must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and clearly unworn. If the Customer does not have an account should click below and then insert their order info in the form.
In no case the Customer should send the parcel back with standard mail service (Poste Italiane). Returns will be accepted only in the original packaging, with any labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used, or damaged.
